Q: How do I get a quote or place an order?

A: To get a quote or to place an order we'll need the good to high res image file (image can not be a mockup) emailed to info@cloud9tshirt.com and let us know the tshirt's colour and quantity of sizes preferred and we'll get back as soon as possible with the pricing and mockup.

Q: What type of colours of t-shirts you have in stock

 

A: Below is a list of our colour stock list

- Sports grey (similar to medium grey with faint dark spotty patterns)

- Safety pink (neon pink/contains 50% polyester)

- Azalea (a rosy pink)

Q: What are the pros and cons between a direct and standard print on white tshirts?

 

A: "Direct print on white tee" will feel softer and a bit more breathable while worn, but colour accuracy won't be as precise for bright or vivid colours compared to "Standard print".

"Standard print on white tee" will yield higher image sharpness and better wash durability due to an added layer of pretreatment.

Q: How do I preserve the printing when it comes to washing the t-shirt?

 

A: Always be sure to iron or wash the DTG printed t-shirts inside out with other clothing and using cold water only. Be sure to avoid drying the t-shirt in direct sun light due to UV rays might cause yellowing of the pretreatment.

 

For "Standard printed" white tshirts, please be sure to wash it once before wearing it outdoors in sunny weather to avoid causing the excess pretreatment to turn yellow under strong UV, which can stain onto the shirt;  Washing the shirt once will remove all the excess pretreatment and avoid the issue.

Q: What is the maximum size/area you can print on a t-shirt?

 

A: 14" x 16" per image is our printing limit

Q: What type of image files can I use to print a t-shirt?

 

A: We need the file in either PNG or a JPG format.
